Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act. ACU is a public university, funded by the Commonwealth Government, and is open to students and staff of all religious beliefs.

ACU has a number of research institutes and four (4) faculties: Education and Arts, Health Sciences, Law and Business and Theology and Philosophy. The University has upwards of 30,000 students across seven Australian campuses: Melbourne, Ballarat, Strathfield, North Sydney, Blacktown, Brisbane and Canberra, and has a campus in Rome (Italy). Headquarters are located in North Sydney.

ACU is seeking responses from suitably qualified organisations to provide an ePortfolio solution that will:

• Be user friendly and intuitive
• Integrate with various ACU systems including but not limited to the LMS and InPlace
• Provide a tool that can be managed and customised by ACU as the University’s needs for an ePortfolio tool change and evolve with the organisation;
• Facilitate self-reflective assessments via the ePortfolio
• Empower students with a tool that can be accessible beyond graduation
• Allow access for external assessors to review and mark student work
• Support and streamline the online delivery and marking of placement related assessments which engage with external supervisors
• Mitigate the risks of paper-based collection of attendance records in external student placements.
