Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the supply includes the procurement, shop detailing, manufacture, fabrication, pre-assembly, testing, packing, marking, and preservation, and supply of the Pre-Assembled Rack (PAR) for the Facility. The scope has been prepared in accordance with the FEED level design. As such the scope includes preassembled and fully welded modules for the following:

All structural steel, piping, supports, etc. shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian standards, approved international standards, and Project specifications. Piping specifications cover carbon and stainless-steel grades, with high purity water lines requiring pickling and passivation. All piping shall be provided in a state fit for installation onsite inclusive of internal surface treatment (i.e. pickling and passivation), external coatings, and surface preparation prior to delivery of the PAR’s. The Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) must include test fits between adjacent modules, which must be undertaken prior to delivery to site.
Optional Scope:
The supply may also include piping bulks for the Project. The supply will be complete welded, coated, and tested spool pieces inclusive of fittings, flanges, finished ends ready for site welding, as well as green piping for site run sections. The Project, including this package AUS1004P0022 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope may change at Gibson Island H2’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
