Tender Description
This scope of work for the Barossa Project involves the supply of marine fuels to various Subsea7 and third-party vessels expected to be offshore for the Barossa SURF installation scope.
Bunkering of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) is planned to occur in the following locations: Singapore (primary planned bunkering hub)
Darwin
Dampier
Henderson/ Fremantle
The locations above are indicative only. Subsea7 reserves the right to take on bunkers in other locations to suit its operational and commercial requirements. The bunkering activity will not be specific to the Barossa Project as the vessels may be mobilised to other projects in country or regionally, including the Scarborough project. As a result, please note that a similar package has also been posted on ICN Gateway for the Scarborough project, seeking capability for supplying the MGO at the above nominated locations and in accordance with the scope and quantities of MGO outlined below.
Please refer to the quantity of MGO is expected per lift during the operational period of the projects. Dates and quantities are indicative only and measured in cubic metres. Subsea7 reserves the right to amend quantities and bunkering locations to suit its operational and commercial requirements.
Compliance with MGO ISO standard 8217:2005, 2010 or 2012 DMA, FAME to be below.
0.5% is mandatory.
Industry standards for bunkering and sampling shall apply.
Subsea 7 is interested in identifying suppliers that can service the above scope at the
aforementioned locations. Subsea7 reserves the right to engage multiple suppliers for the
supply of bunkers.
Contract Award: Q4 2023 /Q1 2024
Delivery: Offshore campaign between Q1 2024 and Q2 2025
