Tender Description

Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from qualified respondents to this Registration of Interest (ROI) to deliver Facilities Management and Maintenance Services across the University's asset portfolio.

ECU is considering the following facility management and maintenance services as potentially in scope for any future support contract arrangement(s):

  • Building Services, including auto doors, building safety systems and building fabric;
  • Cleaning and Waste Management;
  • Electrical Services;
  • Fire Services;
  • Grounds Maintenance (excluding City Campus);
  • Hydraulics Services;
  • Mechanical Services, including BMS;
  • Pest Management, and
  • Vertical Transport Systems.
  • Security Services
  • Other services that support the University

Unless otherwise noted, then for the purposes of the market sounding process the Respondent is to assume the following maintenance types apply to each of the services listed above:

  • Reactive services/maintenance;
  • Planned and Programmed Maintenance (PPM); and
  • Asset condition and data collection services (does not apply to Cleaning and Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance or Pest Management).
