The District Council of Loxton Waikerie invites submissions for Request for Tender LW 23/15 Waikerie Jetty Replacement – Waikerie Riverfront Lot 112 Rowe Street Waikerie CR 6273/892
Scope of the project includes:
- Detailed Design Documentation based off provided design details.
- Demolition and removal of the existing treated timber jetty
- Construction of a new pontoon, piles and access ramp
- Solar lighting
- Recessed bollards for mooring of recreational craft
- Ladders
- Cost option to remove existing ferry marker pile.
- Cost option to reuse existing piles located at Waikerie houseboat mooring site.
Key objective of the project is to have a structure that will remain operational and move with changing of the river levels during flood events. Indicative levels have been provided as part of provided design documentation.
Submissions must be lodged via the SA Tenders and Contracts website before 5pm (Adelaide Time) Friday 6 October 2023
