Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs, and fees necessary to reconstruct approximately 440m (660m2), 1.5m wide concrete footpath and 130m2 concrete driveway access together with associated minor civil works.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close on Tuesday, 10th of October 2023 at 2:00 PM

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:30 AM on 21st September 2023, on-site at Summerleas Road, Kingston. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. 

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile, or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
