Tender Description
West Coast Council are seeking tender submissions to repair and upgrade the Zeehan Swimming pool as outlined in the specifications.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents can be downloaded after registration has been completed.
ENQUIRIES: All Tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum.
Please note that Council Staff cannot answer individual enquiries outside of the online forum and should not be contacted directly.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses should only be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions MUST be fully received by the closing time and date as late submissions will NOT be accepted.
West Coast Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
All submissions MUST be made online via the tendering portal . Any submissions made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
CLOSING DATE & TIME: Tenders close at 4:00pm AEST on 11 October 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
