DFES is seeking a hosted group conference calling solution which allows participants to communicate quickly and efficiently in emergency situations. The solution must be operational 24/7.
When an incident occurs which requires the attendance of volunteers from one of the DFES? volunteer groups, DFES requires the ability to ring a predetermined group of volunteers to explain the incident and allow them to confer about the issue.
DFES is seeking an end-to-end solution that provides for the supply, configuration, testing and training, and ongoing support and maintenance services for the solution.
