Provision of Ticketing Solution

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified vendors for the provision of an event ticketing solution for bookings at Council's various entertainment and theatre venues. The event ticketing solution must cater for allocated seating, general admission, and timed gallery passes across multiple venues and seating plans. It will also provide the ability to purchase memberships, multi-pack ticket bundles, merch, and digital downloads, and suggest food and beverage items or bundles. The solution must consider best practice for customers with special needs and allow for customer service to be provided.
