Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 4, Good Samaritan Catholic College, Bli Bli. Construction of Stage 4 includes Block Q housing 7 senior GLA’s, a specialist room, admin, resource, and learning support. Conversion of 2 GLAs into Science facilities. A new plant enclosure to Block E and a covered link.

The Contractor is to have capacity for construction throughout 2023-2024.

This project has an approximate value of $11-12 million.
