Provision of Blasting & Rock Crushing Services Liverpool Plains Shire Council

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Regional Procurement is calling a Panel Source tender for the Provision of Blasting & Rock Crushing Services on behalf of Liverpool Plains Shire Council on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 November 2023 to 30 October 2026 as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.

Regional Procurement has been engaged to facilitate the tender process and the successful Panel Tenderers will execute contracts at the conclusion of the tender process with Liverpool Plains Shire Council.

Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time-frames.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 29 September 2023.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that Liverpool Plains Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
