(a) Council requires the use of a variety of tradespersons listed in ‘Classifications of Concreting Services’ at various locations throughout the Mid-Western Local Government area for the Panel Term.

(b) The expectation of this tender and associated project during the term of this agreement is both concreting services, site preparation and material supply. Therefore, coordination of the works is the responsibility of the contractor.

(c) Tenderers must nominate for a ‘category’ under each Concreting services classification and provide their Schedule of Prices for that category.
