Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Streaky Bay Aerodrome is owned and operated by the District Council of Steaky Bay which is located approximately 10km South of the township off the Flinders Highway. The Aerodrome has two runways:

  • Runway 13/31 - 1351m x 18m - Sealed
  • Runway 05/23 - 780m x 18m - unsealed compacted limestone gravel

The existing ground lighting is reaching the end of its serviceable life and Council wishes to replace his aged infrastructure to comply with the Civil Aviation Authority (CASA) Part 139 (Aerodromes) Manual of Standards 2019 (MOS Part 139.

Refer to section D for the specifications for the supply and installation of ground lighting at the Streaky Bay Aerodrome.
