Tender Description
The Work is all-inclusive from the suction inlet to the discharge outlet of transfer pump stations, inclusive of all structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
The Contractor will be responsible for:
• Offsite and onsite leadership, project management, and administration.
• Mobilisations, inductions, and VOCs in accordance with BCI requirements.
• Health, Safety, Environmental, Community, and Quality leadership and administration.
• Provision of flights and transportation.
• Provision of all safety equipment, PPE, and barricading.
• All construction plant, equipment, and tooling including cranes, light vehicles, temporary materials, welding machines, rigging, and scaffolding.
• All materials, items, and equipment that are not specified as company-supplied (free-issue);
• Onsite logistics and material management.
• Dewatering.
• Traffic management.
• Dust suppression.
• Confirming all key interfaces prior to any construction installation works.
• Pre-commissioning testing and verification.
• Provision of redline as constructed drawings; and
• Compilation and final submission of MDR.
The Contractor will be responsible for structural works including:
• Survey and set out;
• Scabbling preparation.
• Installation of packers, shims, fasteners, compounds.
• Installation of structural steelwork including access platforms, walkways, grating, handrails, ladders; and
• Installation of switchroom including free issue structural support steelwork.
The Contractor will be responsible for mechanical works including:
• Survey and set out;
• Installation of mechanical equipment including hold down fasteners;
• Verification, inspection, and installation of:
o Company supplied generators.
o Company supplied fuel storage tank; and
o Company supplied flood lifter pumps.
The Contractor will be responsible for provision of piping works:
• Installation of materials and equipment necessary for Diesel fuel storage tank; and
• Installation and alignment of Company supplied pipework including fittings, valves, etc.
The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of electrical and instrumentation works including the installation of:
• All electrical cables, lugs, terminals, magnetic level switch, control cable, etc;
• All free issue electrical support systems and protection including cable ladders, support steelwork, conduit, etc;
• All earthing materials including earth grid, labels, trenching, earth rods, testing and compaction; and
• Lightning protection and testing
Exclusion from the scope of works
• Supply and off-site fabrication of infrastructure
• Civil/bulk earthworks
• Supply of:
o PLC and SCADA integration works;
o Transfer pumps;
o HDPE piping;
o Generators and fuel tanks;
o MCC’s and switchrooms.
o Project and planning approvals; and
o Emergency services.
