Balonne Shire Council is seeking to enter a five (5) year contract with a suitably qualified and licenced supplier for the routine Test and Tag & RCD Testing for Balonne Shire Council’s Electrical Items. Test & Tag & RCD tests included but were not limited to Balonne Shire Council Administration Building, Works Depot, Visitor Information Centres, Libraries, Showgrounds, Sports Fields, Halls, Council Houses, Civic Centre, and Water and Sewage Treatment Plants.
There is a requirement that the contractor must have and use a ”Fully Integrated Test and Print Unit” with integrated testing, tag printing, and tag scanning system with the ability to print individual Test n Tag Registers off for each site and location to meet our legislative obligations.
Council requests that there is a printed Test & Tag register to be left with each site (with some exceptions) and a copy to Balonne Shire Council’s Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator once the test and tagging have been completed. This is a requirement of the council by the Worksafe Qld.
