This invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the following services:

• Health, safety, and environment management

• Project management

• Project controls

• Engineering management

• Detailed engineering and design

• Contract formation and administration

• Procurement management

• Quality management

• Risk, opportunity & value management

• Interface management

• Support to the Owner for:

o Construction management including management of interfaces

o Pre-commissioning, completions and commissioning

o Stakeholder management

The Construction works for the Project are proposed to be executed via a Principal Construction Contractor (PCC) who will have overall responsibility for performing all Construction activities for the Project, including engaging subcontractors for specific activities, as agreed with the Owner and the Project Team.

Management of the PCC will be approached via an integrated organisation structure between the Owner and the EPcm, with major responsibilities as follows:

• The Owner’s Construction Manager will have overall responsibility for the construction site, including establishing and administering site policies and procedures for health, safety and environment (HSE), permitting, security, and incident reporting / investigation.

• The Owner’s Construction Manager will be responsible for construction oversight and governance of the Principal Construction Contractor, facilitated via a team of construction superintendents.

The Supply must comply to all relevant Australian Standards.

The Project, including this package SC001 Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope may change at Incitec Fertilisers Operations Pty Ltd election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements
