Tender Description
TAFE SA is seeking professional services to deliver a service culture training and development package to all members of the Student Experience Directorate of TAFE SA (approximately 265 employees). The training and development package will deliver customer service best practice, drive and embed a cultural shift, that aligns with the service objectives of TAFE SA. The program will include in-person delivery in metropolitan Adelaide, ongoing online support, and be of a two-year duration.
