Expression of Interest – Audit & Risk Committee Chairperson January 2024 – September 2025

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified and independent persons to fill the role of Chairperson on Central Desert Regional Council’s Audit Committee.

The Audit Committee provides independent assurance and assistance to Council on audit, compliance, risk management, control, governance and external accountability responsibilities.

Independent Audit & Risk Committee member will be expected to have skills and experience in one of more of the following areas:

• finance;
• audit;
• risk management;
• general management; and/or
• public /or local government sector governance.

Expression of interest must address the key selection criteria.
