Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for reconstruction works of landslides within the Noosa local government area. The landslides were triggered by heavy rainfall in February 2022.

The scope of work pertains to each of the below sites:

Site 2 – Adjacent to #673 - #703 Cooroy Belli Creek Road, Black Mountain

Site 4 – Adjacent to #168 Cootharaba Road, Cootharaba

Site 5 – Adjacent to #54 Simpsons Road, Cootharaba These are described in more detail in Part 4 – Scope.

All works under contract must be compliant with all relevant Council Policies (https://www.noosa.qld.gov.au/aboutcouncil/governance/policies) and in particular Council’s Work Health and Safety Policy.

The anticipated contract award is 14 November 2023 with Practical Completion on or before 14 June 2024.
