Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Green Bay High School is located at 161 Godley Road, Green Bay, Auckland.

The school is undertaking an upgrade to the toilet facilities in blocks B and E which reconfigures the spaces and provides additional facilities for use by the students.

The works require new plumbing and drainage to be installed along with new hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services.

The school has advised that the toilet blocks will be available for works to start from Monday 24th October and the school will need them to be finished in time for the start of the 2024 academic year which is completion by Tuesday 30th January 2024
