The Contractor must be responsible for all project management, coordination, scheduling, and supervision required to complete the Scope of Work, whether performed directly by the Contractor or by any of its Subcontractors.

The Contractor must provide, maintain and be responsible for all resources, services, and all activities necessary to complete the Works.

The Contractor must comply at all times with the obligations and responsibilities set out in any applicable Law and the applicable Australian Standards (or, if no Australian Standard is applicable, or where otherwise stated in the Contract, applicable international standards).

The Contractor shall have non-exclusive access to the Site and shall interface with and coordinate the Site installation with the Horizon Power Site Representative and other contractors.

A briefing session will be held at 18 Brodie Hall Drive, Bentley at 18 Sep, 2023 11:00 AM.

Respondents wishing to attend the briefing must register their intention to attend no later than close of business Thursday, 14 September 2023 by emailing tenders@horizonpower.com.au and providing the names, titles and contact details of the persons attending the briefing. A maximum of two attendees per Respondent are permitted to attend the briefing.
