Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the supply includes the design, manufacture, supply and site support for installation / commissioning of the Instrument Air Package. The Project requires a fully functional instrument air package to support operation of actuating valves, modulating control valves and the plant air needs for various other utilities.
The supply includes but is not necessarily limited to:
• Air compressors complete with electric motors
• Air intake filters/silencers (as required)
• Inter-coolers and after-coolers
• Valves for positive isolation, drain, purge and controls
• All interconnecting pipework
• Instrumentation including pressure and temperature gauges, transmitters, due point transmitters etc.
• Control systems required to operate the plant effectively such as programmable logic controller (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), motors starters, variable speed drive (VSD) (as required)
• Electrical wirings and accessories, eating connections, surface protection and pressure safety vessels (PSVs);
• Access door, lighting, ventilation; and
• Commissioning and operational spares.
The intent of the onsite Instrument Air Package is to provide highly reliable and required instrument air supply in online / stand-by configuration for the successful operation of the Facility with the required redundancy.
The Project, including this package AUS1004P0009, is subject to internal approvals.
The procurement process or scope may change at Gibson Island H2’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
