The Department of Housing has leased an 18-unit property at 2-8 Pease Street, Manoora (Cairns) and is seeking to procure a suitable supplier.

The department has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value for money, quality supplier that can successfully deliver:

• Temporary Supported Accommodation in accordance with the Homelessness Program Guidelines Specifications and Requirements.
• Property and tenancy management services in line with the Social Housing Program Specifications.
• Specalist Homelessness Services to adults who are currently experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness or those impacted by the current housing needs in the Cairns LGA.

The successful Supplier will have the requisite skills, systems and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.

A site visit will be scheduled and advised to all potential suppliers on QTenders.

It is a mandatory requirement that:

• the successful supplier must be a provider of SHS support funded by the department currently operating in the Cairns LGA.

It is also mandatory that all potential suppliers complete the:

• Ethical Supplier Threshold form and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold.
• Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct declaration form.
• Expenditure Plan over the three-years (Attachment 2) within the allocated budget.
