Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Finance is requesting information for network management software tools to plan, design, construct and maintain the physical infrastructure of a passive fibre network. Asset recording, splice management and route planning are core capabilities that need to be addressed. Network modelling will need to accommodate outside plant infrastructure such as pits, pipes, below ground splice closures (joints) and splitters, as well as internal structures, including distribution frames, racks, fibre optic breakout trays and circulators.
