Disposal of Land by Lease pursuant to section 3.58(2) of the Local Government Act 1995
Pursuant to Section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of Northam proposes to lease by Public Tender the following property:
A portion of Killara Adult Day Care and Respite Centre, 2 Burgoyne Street, Northam.
Tenders are invited and will be received until 4:00 pm Tuesday 22nd September 2023.
Tender specification documents including a detailed scope of works are available on the Shire of Northam website https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/documents/21687/rft-04-of-2023-disposal-of-land-by-lease-a-portion-of-killara-adult-day-care-and-respite-centre and Shire of Northam Tenders Portal.
Tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Shire of Northam Tenders Portal Shire of Northam Tenders Portal, via email at records@northam.wa.gov.au or in person at the Shire of Northam Administration Office located at 395 Fitzgerald St Northam WA 6401. Respondents must allow sufficient time for lodgement, including time that may be required to address any problem encountered with the Tenders Portal prior to the Closing Time.

Canvassing of Councilors or staff will disqualify tenderers. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late tenders and tenders submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.
