Rous County Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced Head Contractors for the construction of Rous County Council's new office and operations facility. The project includes repurposing of an existing warehouse, including external modifications and fit-out, repurposing of the existing administration building, new Stores shed, external parking and hardstands, and general external works.
