Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the sale or lease of land in Perth St Aberdeen. The land comprises of four lots on the eastern side of Perth St, Aberdeen. Council is seeking to sell or lease Lots 57, 58, 59 and 60 DP752485, which is owned by the Upper Hunter Shire Council. Each lot is approximately 1.01 Hectare and can be purchased or leased separately or together.

Proposal The brief of the proposal is to include

• Purchase or lease of 1-4 lots (identifying which lot/s)
• Provide a purchase price for the lot/lots or an annum lease amount and term of lease for each lot/lots
• Intended use and any future development/s Assessment The assessment of the submissions will be based on
• Purchase or lease Price
• Lease term if applicable
• Intended use
• Settlement Period A copy of the plan identifying the location and sizes of the lots is included in the document.
