The Contractor must:

(i)    Transition in the Services in accordance with the requirements set out in the Scope

(ii)    provide the Planned Works and Unplanned Works to the relevant Locations using best operational practices and in accordance with the priority response and completion times set out in the Scope

(iii)    coordinate an integrated approach to the delivery of Services ensuring they are responsive, comprehensive, efficient and effective

(iv)    prepare, continuously maintain, update and submit as necessary, a schedule of Planned Works detailing the scheduled approach to the delivery of the Planned Works in accordance with the Contractor's Program as specified in the Scope

(v)    allocate sufficient and appropriately skilled and where applicable, licensed resources to undertake the Services in accordance with the Contract

(vi)    provide ready access to technical expertise and develop options for solutions to technical matters including coordination with other trade knowledge to enable Horizon Power to make informed decisions; and

(vii)    monitor, manage and report on the performance of the Services including the cost of the Services so that the Locations present to and operate at a standard that is acceptable to Horizon Power and its Key Stakeholders.

The Locations are situated in Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Mid West and Goldfields Esperance regions.
