Tender Description
The works within this contract include (but are not limited to) the following:
1. Provision of and adherence to, all Health and Safety requirements and documentation, insurances and works programs.
2. Provision of a dilapidation report of the sites for agreement prior to works commencing.
3. Initial site set out utilizing a suitably skilled and experienced surveyor - with the superintendent to oversee and approve.
4. Where relevant, demolition of unwanted existing facilities inclusive of disposal off site of unwanted materials and vegetation to approved landfill.
5. Complete site excavations and disposal of unsuitable or excess spoil from site if required.
6. Construction and compaction of sub-grade and crushed rock base layers as specified.
7. Court construction- including pavement construction, drainage infrastructure, and surface installation works.
8. Paths, shelters, lighting, landscaping and new seating.
9. Ancillary works -goals posts, etc.
All the above works are to be undertaken under the supervision of the Superintendent. The works will include the supply and installation of all materials, adherence to all relevant Australian Standards for construction and safety. The Contractor shall also take due care and all reasonable measures to optimize their performance and realization of this contract.
