Expressions of Interest are invited for the above position.
The Pinjarra Race Club is one of WA’ s leading Provincial Racetracks and currently holds a 23-race event season commencing late November and ending late August.
The catering contractor will undertake the fast-food takeaway, a la carte restaurant and buffet operations at Pinjarra Park on a one-year lease basis as their own "standalone" business and ultimately be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food service and quality, adhering to all Food Safe and hygiene legislation, WHS compliance, monthly stock control and monitoring own costs vs income relating to food production and wages.
