Agricultural Chemical Products

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders for the supply and delivery of Agricultural Chemical Products in order to establish a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) with the successful tenderer(s).

It is the Council’s intention to establish the RPQS for a period of one (1) year. However, Council may, by giving written notice to the Tenderer extend the term of the RPQS for a further two (2) twelve (12) month terms at the sole discretion of Council based on, but not limited to, performance, pricing, delivery.

The RPQS is not a guarantee that the Council will order any quantity of the whole or any part of the goods and or services specified in the specification which forms part of the Request for Tender. An Arrangement may be awarded to one or more suppliers based on the most advantageous outcome for Council.
