Vending Services

UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to provide vending services located at UniSC Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay campuses.

UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender are to:

• Source reliable suppliers who will regularly service a range of products across a total of 10-15 machines total at UniSC Sunshine Coast and 5-7 machines total at UniSC Moreton Bay. UniSC reserves the right to use multiple vendors at one or multiple campuses, to ensure a competitive pricing structure and range of product options are available to the community.
• Ensure all machines have secure tap payment with cash available as an option where the machines are in a safe location.
• Provide a variety of food (including numerous healthy options) for various times of the day, cold drinks and possibly light meals, hot coffee/tea, and other goods such as disposable cutlery, IT equipment, and stationery, or other modern options via vending services.
• Secure local reliable suppliers who have 7 days per week of technical support and can respond to the University’s requirements.
• Self-monitoring facilities to advise of errors or incidents at the machines.
• Online reporting features accessible by the UniSC Catering Manager.
• Provide an alternative food and beverage option on campus to supplement current offerings and provide options for the out-of-hours needs of the University community, including students, staff, and campus visitors.
