Tender Description

Council is seeking to enter into a lump sum contract with a Contractor who would agree to design & construct the Jim Elphick Tennis Centre, Edward Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.

The Contractor would be responsible for the delivery of the Works as outlined in this RFT. Further details on the scope of the works for the Project are provided in Part D1 – Principal's Project Requirements and Part D2 – Activities Functional Design Brief.

Council has a budget of circa $6.6M excluding GST to fund the works.

Please note there is a compulsory pre-tender briefing to be held in Wagga Wagga on Tuesday 19 September 2023 at 10.00 am. Further details are in the documentation issued for tender.
