Tender Description
Hinchinbrook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of a new kerb and channel on Cockrell Street.
The Works include but are not limited to:
• Public Notification
• Insurance Fees
• Pre-establishment
• Provision of Quality Assurance Services to AS/ISO 9001
• Preparation of Project Management Plan including Site EMP, WH&S etc.
• Implementation and monitoring of the Environmental Management Plan
• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
• All Permits and Approvals necessary to allow for construction to proceed (including but not limited to environment etc)
• Demolition and replacement of Kerb and Channel including all ancillary works as per Council Drawings 8729 – 8747 & 8782 - 8797
• Site clearing
• General earthworks
• As-built survey to required format
• Site cleaning on completion; and
• Disestablishment.
