The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a Data Analytics Infrastructure Scoping specialist to support the intelligence and data analytics needs of the ACIC and its partners into the future.

Successful implementation of data analytics heavily depends on robust and scalable ICT infrastructure that allows advanced analytics experts and intelligence analysts/investigators to collect and use data and tools in rapid, agile and safe manner. The ACIC requires specialist expertise to rapidly identify and shape high level needs, gaps and costed options for potential future data analytics infrastructure and environments for advanced analytics sandpits, big data and compromised/seized data exploitation and other requirements from a whole of capability lens (protocols, systems, tools, people, data, storage, processing power, scalability, security).

The deliverables would be a presentation to executive and key data analytics experts and a written brief with high level requirements and options including high level costings, complexity and risk.
