Tender Description
Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking professional organisations that can provide a high standard of capability in the delivery of design and construction of an amenities and canteen building at Victoria Park, 16 Grevillea Street, Gulgong NSW 2852.
The constructed building will include the following facilities:
1. Male Change Room (Male Toilet + Accessible)
2. Female Change Room (Female Toilet + Accessible)
3. Canteen
4. Umpire Room
5. Storage Room; and
6. Verandah at the front and back.
The total floor area of the amenities building will be as follows:
(A) Proposed Amenities/Canteen: 118.80m2
(B) Proposed Verandahs: 71.28m2.
Design requirements will include but not be limited to:
1. Hydraulic
2. Structural (framework)
3. Mechanical
4. Electrical
5. External cladding
6. Fixtures, fittings & tilework; and
7. Partitions.
