The City of Adelaide (CoA), in its most recent Business Plan and Budget process committed to the planning and implementation of the Gouger Street Revitalisation Project. The project scope is currently not defined, but through this engagement and review of the CoA’s forward asset renewal plan a project scope will be developed that responds to asset renewal requirements and community feedback, whilst being considerate of the agreed project budget.
The project involves multiple phases, from investigation and planning to detailed design, procurement, project delivery, and project closure. The consultancy will play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships, communication, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
