Tender Description
Ipswich City Council is seeking proposals for the management and operation of the below facilities from suitable community organisations or commercial operators seeking to offer community services:
• Langley Park Hall – 7 Bruce Lane, Camira
• Camira Springfield Community Centre – 389 Logan Road, Springfield
• Riverview and District Community Centre – 138 Old Ipswich Road, Riverview
• Redbank Collingwood Park Sports Complex – 235 Smiths Road, Redbank
It is Council’s intention that this procurement process will be awarded to multiple operators, one (1) operator per facility.
Site inspections have been scheduled for Wednesday 6 September 2023.
