Interested and capable parties are invited to tender for the provision of Works related to the Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA) Dampier Bulk Handling Facility project. The Works comprise of:

1. Demolition and removal of the Heavy Load Out (HLO) and Alternative Loadout Facility (ALF) infrastructure;
2. Design of the berth pocket, vessel maneuvering area, marine structures, and landside redevelopment;
3. Construction of the marine structures and landside redevelopment; and
4. Drilling, Blasting, and Dredging of the berth pocket and vessel maneuvering area.

Tender documents contain detail on the tender process and the Works.

A site visit will be held at 1 Mof Road, Burrup WA 6713 at 13 Sep, 2023 10:00 AM.

A mandatory Site visit will be organised on Wednesday, 13 September 2023 commencing at 10:00am WST. This will include a tender briefing, Site visit and post visit opportunity for any questions.

Tenderers are required to register their participants for the Site visit by 12:00 pm WST on Friday, 8 September 2023 at Abbas.Khan@pilbaraports.com.au.

Tenderers wanting specific questions to be addressed at the tender briefing must submit the questions by 12:00pm WST on Monday, 11 September 2023 through TendersWA to allow PPA to adequately respond during the tender briefing.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
