A preliminary scope of work and trade schedule for tender returns is shown in the table below.

Infill of doorway to lounge

4 Painting and decorating

Preparation and painting of all doors and trims to corridors and communal areas and tiling to existing kitchen. Painting of all woodwork to corridors and common areas. Staff doors in resident areas to match walls, and resident doors to contrast. New door wrap to existing fire door entrances.

5 Floor Finishes

Supply and fit of new floor finishes to living, dining, kitchen, and corridor spaces.

6 Joinery

New built-in bookshelving to living areas and upgrading of kitchen doors and work benches. New upper cabinet doors.

7 Electrical Services

Installation of new stove top and range hood

8 Mechanical Services

Review of existing services only

9 Plumbing

Review of existing services only

10 Furniture

New dining and lounge furniture. New sheer curtains to Lounge nook.

11 Landscaping

New raised mobile planter boxes, and planting to Sun Room

12 Prime Cost & Provisional Sums

Includes new appliances, fixtures and fittings in the Kitchen and furniture.

13 Miscellaneous

Items not included elsewhere.
