Tender Description
The Audit Committee provides advice to the Council in relation to internal and external audit, compliance, and risk management matters as well as the City's financial statements. The Committee consists of the Mayor, up to seven Councilors, and one external representative (Independent Member). The Independent Member is appointed by Council for a two-year period in line with local government elections.
