Chatswood RSL Club is an established RSL club located just steps away from the Interchange in the heart of Chatswood on Sydney's North Shore.

The Club is undergoing a significant refurbishment of its food and beverage operations.

The development includes the provision of a brand-new 150-seat specialty Asian cuisine restaurant.

The refurbishment fist stage opens in November 2023, with the second stage and new restaurant due to open March 2024.

The venue has access to one of the biggest Chinese heritage markets in Sydney and strong local residential and surrounding commercial markets, as well as significant commuter traffic and visitation. Transport and parking are on the doorstep.

Chatswood RSL is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contract Caterers that are willing to join them on the Club's relaunch journey, and to realise their potential.

The successful caterer will control and operate the designated restaurant which will be fully fitted out and include a fully functional commercial kitchen that can cater to a capacity of up to 150 people. It is a 7-day lunch and dinner operation. The caterer will have the unique opportunity to provide input into the design process.

Competitive commercial terms including rental expectations and other expenses will be discussed with successful applicants once the EOI process has been completed.

The successful candidate will:

Specialize in Asian cuisines and possess significant knowledge of Chinese culture

Have proven experience in providing quality consistent Asian meals in a fast-paced environment, as well as providing catering services for functions and events

Work with Club Management to drive visitation, customer retention and club advocacy via the delivery of an optimal customer experience

Be customer service focused in both front and back of house requirements

Have the relevant qualifications, accreditations and insurances in place.
