Tender Description
Lismore City Council has upcoming professional service and infrastructure projects herein referred to as work packages, commencing in 2023 & 2024. The funding for these may be from Federal and/or State Government Grant programs and contributions from the Principle, either in kind or matching funding.
The Work Packages range in size/value from a few thousand dollars to millions of dollars. The Work Packages are to be delivered across a range of infrastructure types from open space and recreation to buildings and facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure and roads/civil construction.
To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of each Work Package, the Principle requires the assistance of appropriately skilled and experienced contractors to provide Professional and Construction Services. Successful tenderers will be placed on a panel of providers.
