Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced WA licenced real estate agent to undertake the Property and Facility Management Services as follows:
(a) Property & Facility Manager for the Cockburn Health & Community Facility which includes medical and allied health suites; office accommodation and supporting evidence such as a café.
(b) Property Manager (Leased Areas only) for the Cockburn Youth Centre and.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend up to three (3) years; the Contract is expected to commence in October 2023.

Mandatory Site Briefing:
Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
Failure to attend this briefing will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.
Tenderers are required to attend a Tender briefing on:
Wednesday, 30 August 2023 at 10:00 am (AWST).
The location of the meeting is at: Cockburn Community Health – 11 Wentworth Parade, Success
The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Principal prior to the closing of the Tender.

All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance.
