Waverley Cemetery - Staff Facilities - Head Consultancy Services

Waverley Council ("Council") invites quotations for the carrying out of Head Consultancy Services to identify and meet the existing and potential future functional needs of the administrative, operational and maintenance services at Waverley Cemetery.

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Head Consultant to lead a multi-disciplinary design consultant team to undertake all necessary consultancy services including:

- Separable Portion 1 - Functional Needs and Options Analysis

- Separable Portion 2 - Concept Design and Approvals Documentation

- Separable Portion 3 - Tender and Construction Documentation

- Separable Portion 4 - Construction Quality Assurance

The Head Consultant and their team will complete the scope of works described or implied by this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The successful Head Consultant is required to engage and coordinate all Sub-Consultants as necessary and will be responsible for their output.
