Real Estate agents and Valuers

Randwick City Council is seeking tenders for the services of professional and experienced Real Estate Agent and qualified Licenced Valuers. Council has a property folio comprising of commercial, residential, recreational and cultural properties including childcare centres, bowling clubs, sports centre, retail premises, residential units, air space leases and footway agreements. Property Management, Sales and Valuation services from qualified companies are sought for ongoing management of Council’s owned and managed property portfolio. Services are also sought for insurance, fair value, land, contents and property sale and rental valuations.

The annual return from the portfolio of licences and leases is approximately $3.8M.

The resulting contract will be for a period of 3 years, with 2 optional 12-month extensions to be offered at the discretion of Randwick City Council.

Council may appoint one or more suppliers for each of the required services.
