Tender Description
Ipswich City Council is seeking offers from the market to engage a Principal Contractor for the Upgrade of Richardson Park, Goodna which consists of the following:
• Refurbishment of existing Amenities Block
• Supply and Installation of playground equipment, gym equipment, landscaping and associated works
• Supply and installation of all electrical and lighting components
• All required Certification
• As Designed as Constructed information and documentation
In conducting this RFT, Council objectives is to attract interested Tenderers capable of carrying out the required construction works and appoint a Principal Contractor for the contract.
Tender Inspection
A mandatory site inspection will be held on 30 August 2023 at 10am. All interested Tenderers are to attend to visually inspect the site to gather information for Tendering purposes. Interested Tenderers are to register via the Vendor Panel Portal or directly to Council's Representative.
