Tender Description
The scope of this project comprises the removal of the existing ducted split air conditioning system serving the Kingston Room of the Brighton Civic Centre, and the installation of a new variable capacity rooftop packaged unit in its place.
It has been requested that the replacement system incorporates additional capacity to cope with the high room occupancy loads and better respond to changes in room load. The project also includes the implementation of a new control system in order to maximise energy efficiency, including a new room scheduling arrangement, a CO2 demand control ventilation strategy, and an economy cycle via the BMS.
