⁠⁠⁠Penrith City Council is seeking to create a 12- 24-month preferred supplier list for ad-hoc website support, maintenance and development on our Joomla websites, which are hosted on WAMP and LAMP environments. Examples of services and support may include:

• Making content updates to existing Joomla websites
• Development / programming of existing or new components, modules, libraries, plugins and templates on existing Joomla websites
• Emergency response to a security breach
• Emergency response to fix issues that send the website offline
• Disaster recovery
• Addressing on page issues
• Making template changes
• Fixing performance/speed issues
• Cyber Security Updates

In responding to this Request for Quotation, please:

• Detail your ability to provide support for the above list of potential services.
• Outline your ability in customise business system applications developed on the Joomla platform, and in providing user-friendly business system applications that can be managed in Joomla.
• Outline your hourly rates, average job turnaround times, business hours, how you invoice any work that might be requested outside business hours, or work that is requested as a fast turnaround.
• Describe the process for requesting support, and your process for managing urgent requests.
• Explain whether the work is done locally or overseas.
• Detail the length of time you have provided Joomla web support and services to clients, and a list of roughly how many clients you provide web services to.
• Explain which other platforms you may be able to offer assistance in (as occasionally we may require support that extends beyond the Joomla platform).
