Please read the documentation carefully and to submit an offer, please fully complete Section B – Tender Deliverable Attachments and submit your tender in accordance with Clause 4 of the Conditions of Tender with a tender closing date of 2:00 pm, 27th September 2023.

NOTE:

INDUSTRY BRIEFING

To assist the tenderers in preparing their proposals, the Council will hold an optional Industry Briefing on 13 September 2023 at Redland City Council Depot, corner South and Wellington Streets, Cleveland, QLD, 4163. The Industry Briefing will commence at 9:00am and is anticipated to be completed within two (2) hours.

Tenderers who wish to attend are required to register their attendance by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au using the subject T-2054-23/24-PCO Arboricultural Services – Registration for Industry Briefing no later than 11 September 2023.

It is to be noted only one (1) representative for each Supplier is allowed to attend the said Industry Briefing.
